Tipsi Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the tipsi mobile application ("tipsi", "the App"). By creating an account or using tipsi, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use alcohol-related services in your jurisdiction. You represent that the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
User content
You may submit bar listings, ratings, notes, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant tipsi a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.
Community standards (zero tolerance)
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable. tipsi has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
You can report content or block users in the App. We may remove content or accounts at our discretion.
Bar information
Bar listings may come from third-party sources or user submissions. We do not guarantee accuracy of hours, locations, or availability. Always verify details before visiting.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Use tipsi for unlawful purposes
Third-party services
tipsi integrates with Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Mapbox, Supabase, and optional diagnostic tools. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
tipsi is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Drink responsibly. Never drink and drive.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tipsi and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
